My role as a Pastor is to give to the church what they need.
The greatest need in our world today and the greatest need in our church is the preaching of the Word of God.
It is clearly evident that we are living in a depraved world.
Paul is passing the mantle of leadership to Timothy and he is leaving with Timothy words of warning.
Our world is not going to get better. The more time goes on depravity will get worse in our world.
The moral depravity in our world is a sign of the end times.
We are sinners by birth.
An emphasis of our culture is to focus on self.
Do you know more happy rich people or poor people?
Why is that we feel better when we tear people down?
May we be thankful for what God has given us.
The adjectives to describe a believer and a church should be loving and forgiving.
It is not a difficult thing to say I love you or I forgive you. It is a difficult thing to say it and mean it.
We need to have control over ourselves.
If we would just love God more than anything else we would make all the rest of it easier.
May we work hard to be the type of people other people think we are.
This world needs to see real followers of Christ.
We live in a corrupt world but thanks be to God that through His Word we can be the men, women and children of God that our world needs.
